HCS’s Tenant Rights and Responsibilities
workshop helps clients understand
their rights and responsibilities
as tenants in
rental units, based on D.C. Housing Regulations. In many
cases, this workshop is conducted offsite for tenant
associations, or any other group that requests the class.
