Assistance for Private Side Water Line Replacements |

As DC Water and Sewer Authority crews replace lead
service lines in public space, property owners are encouraged to replace
any lead lines on their private property as well. Financial assistance is available for those
whose public line is being replaced and who qualify for grant assistance up
to $5,000 from the District's Department of Housing and Community
Development through its Single Family Residential Rehabilitation
Program. In addition, low interest
