Removing Lead-Based Paint

Phone:202-667-7006

First, verify that you have lead in your home, ask your child’s doctor to test your child’s blood lead level or call Lead Safe DC

Was your home built before 1978?  If so, chances are you’re living with lead-based paint.  That is, unless a previous owner has had the lead-based paint abated and can provide documentation from a lead testing professional that the home is now lead safe.  Want a free home lead dust wipe test?  Contact Lead Safe DC at 202-994-2102 or visit them on the web at www.leadsafedc.com
