The
purpose of the SFRRP is to help households that can not obtain private
financing with making repairs in their home that will address building
code violations, repair roofs, remove threats to health and safety,
including lead-based paint hazards and remove barriers to accessibility
for persons with mobility or other physical impairments. The counselor
will assist the homeowners in completing their applications to be
forwarded to DHCD for consideration and approval.
